Cancellation Policy

For individual ticket sales: If you cancel part of or all of your order and require a refund to your original credit card, we will work with the lodging properties, attractions and theaters to obtain a refund for you. Generally, cancellations requested more than 3 days before you arrive in Branson are able to be fully refunded. However, if you cancel inside of 3 days the refunds are at the discretion of the lodging property, attraction, and theater, and refunds cannot be guaranteed.

For group ticket sales: Policies for groups vary depending on the destination and properties included with the itinerary. In general, any individual cancellation received less than thirty days prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee plus penalties – this is based on lodging contracts and attraction policies. Tour contracts state the policies set for your specific itinerary. If there are questions or concerns please contact your tour representative.
